STORYTELLING, MOVEMENT,
AND SUBTLE EFFECTS

Motion graphics serve as a powerful conduit for me to convey intricate emotions, providing a dynamic platform to manipulate fixed elements, such as posters, in a manner that deeply resonates with viewers. In particular, I've coined my artistic approach as Motion Posters, embodying the fluidity and immediacy of my emotions.

This ongoing series explores the nuanced theme of forbidden love, an emotion that took root during my time in Iran and endured for an arduous five-year period. The inability to openly express this profound affection due to societal constraints led me to channel my emotions into writing. Countless notebooks became the repository of these unspoken feelings, a testament to the love that endured within me. Now, five years later, having relocated to America, the depth of those feelings has transformed into a form of self-imposed imprisonment.

My artistic endeavors seek to capture the enduring impact of that emotion on my present. Despite the newfound freedom to express my feelings openly in the United States, I find myself emotionally tethered to the past love that defined my existence for half a decade. This collection, aptly titled "YOU," seamlessly blends manual and digital techniques, incorporating screen printing, fish-eye lens photography, and projector projections. Typography remains a cornerstone in my work, serving as the most potent element to convey the intricate layers of complex emotions and concepts that define my artistic expression.

The surface of the human brain is called the cerebral cortex, and it is comprised of layers of neurons that are folded in a complex manner to maximize its surface area within the limited space of the skull. The veins on the surface of the brain are collectively known as the "cortical veins," and they drain blood from the cortical tissue to larger veins and ultimately to the brain's main venous sinuses.

This work explores the intersection of technology and human emotions. My latest project is a deeply personal expression of the emotional trauma I have experienced due to societal pressures and rejection. The 3D model of a brain, composed of the provocative phrase "YOU FUCKED MY BRAIN," represents the ways in which my identity and emotions have been suppressed and distorted by external forces. The word "YOU" in this phrase symbolizes the various people and institutions that have contributed to my trauma over the years, including those who have rejected me for my authentic self, those who have teased me for being different, and the societal norms that have stifled my emotional expression.

As someone who has been deprived of the ability to love and be loved for simply being myself, this project serves as a cathartic release of the pent-up emotions that have caused me so much pain. Through the use of digital sculpting and 3D modeling, I have transformed my trauma into a tangible form that others can see and experience. By showcasing this work, I hope to raise awareness of the ways in which societal pressures can impact individuals' mental health and emotional wellbeing. Because everything formed in our childhood and adolescence are the basis of our infinite brain, and our personality, and fixing this brain is really time consuming and sometimes it is not reversible, and for years we are dealing with the broken brain that so many people in our past have caused it to be created in our bodies.

Through the use of 3D modeling and digital sculpting, I have created a visual representation of the psychological impact of betrayal and manipulation. The brain, a symbol of intelligence, reason, and logic, is typically associated with positive connotations. However, in this piece, the brain is distorted, mutated, and corrupted, reflecting the deep pain and confusion that comes with emotional manipulation.

The choice of words, "YOU FUCKED MY BRAIN," is deliberately provocative, emphasizing the rawness and intensity of the experience. By using this explicit language, I hope to evoke a visceral response from viewers and invite them to reflect on their own experiences with emotional trauma. Ultimately, my goal is to create a space for open dialogue and empathy. By presenting this work, I hope to spark conversations about mental health, relationships, and power dynamics. Through my art, I aim to shed light on the darker aspects of the human experience and encourage healing and growth.

I am using this deep noise which is sound like white noise for recreating the free space in our head, and especially the sound sometimes we hear in our brain while we are sleeping. The other noise beside the white noise sound is the sound of my voice in a different frequency between 20 Hz and 30 Hz. This is the frequency range that we are hearing when we are in light sleep.

In the intricate realm of digital artistry, I embarked on a creative voyage, crafting a three-dimensional masterpiece in Cinema 4D: a brain sculpted from gleaming aluminum, meticulously molded to mirror the unique contours of my own mind. This aluminum cerebral marvel is more than a mere work of art; it serves as a profound symbol, encapsulating the narrative of my existence. It is a testament to the fusion of technology and introspection, encapsulating the verses of a poem I penned, etching my personal journey and past experiences into its very form. Within its polished curves and intricate details, my brain, cast in aluminum, stands as a tangible representation of my inner self, an artistic testament to the memories and emotions that reside within the labyrinth of my consciousness.
